Children
The number of substantiated reports of the category of child neglect, unduplicated within county for the state fiscal year. Data for the state represent the sum of the counties. Other published data which are unduplicated with respect to the state may differ due to reports in more than one county. For 2006, data was missing for 19 children (.01%) that received a child protectives services assessment. For SFY 2007 and later, data is not exclusive: a record could be counted for more than one category. Thus, the sum of each column can add up to more than the total.
